BID CSI operates under professional information-handling standards, with project documents reviewed only by authorized estimating personnel for the agreed scope of work.

No Conflict of Interest Policy

We never share bid data across competing general contractors on the same project bidding round. Our team is structured to preserve scope separation, confidentiality, and fairness across multiple project stakeholders while delivering accurate, independent estimating support.

Secure Cloud Data Storage & Deletion

Project information is stored using industry-standard encryption and secure file access practices for Bluebeam, Excel deliverables, and shared documentation. Upon project completion, applicable records are purged according to project agreement and secure retention policies.
