All estimates are prepared as professional approximations for planning and bidding purposes. They are not guarantees of final cost, and actual project costs may vary due to market conditions, change orders, material pricing, labor availability, and field conditions.

5. Confidentiality

We will handle project information and client documents in a professional and confidential manner. However, information shared digitally or through third-party systems may still be subject to external risks beyond our control. Clients are encouraged to use NDA agreements where appropriate.

6. Payment Terms

Any fees for services will be agreed in writing before work begins. Payment terms, turnaround commitments, and scope details must be clearly accepted by both parties before engagement. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional administrative charges as agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, layouts, and branding, is the property of BID CSI Estimation or used under permission. Reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

8. Limitation of Liability
